Scam Alert! They pay until they don't!
DO NOT USE! They will lure you in, and you will get paid, until you don't!
I spent weeks playing a game every available chance to get it to the goal on time. Not to mention the hours of videos that I watched. At the time I thought well maybe it takes a few days. I am in the middle of a move & also take care of my Mom who has dementia & is a leg amputee.
By the time I realized that they hadn't credited me, they denied it saying I didn't complete it on time, which I definitely did.
Then when I protested, they said that I should have sent the ticket within the 60 days. The deal was to complete the game goal within 60 days.

Preferred solution: The points that I earned, which translate to a gift card. 1673100 points. Not sure how much that would of been for a gift card.

They don't deserve such bad reviews
I joined Just Play 2 years ago and never have I had any problems! Am I getting rich?
Most other apps lead you to believe you'll get paid all this money and end up getting nothing at all. I have played so many that promise all this money and come on people if anyone believes that then they'll believe anything. But when I've been broke and needed gas to get me to work or just when I know holidays or birthdays are coming up I can always count on Just Play to keep track of me playing ,and to let me cash out every three hours. They don't lie and promise all this money and when you do have a problem they respond as quickly as they tell you they can.
In two years I needed customer service once because I had trouble with the facial recognition and they responded and even went beyond and followed up to make sure I had things figured out. Just Play is one of the few apps I have kept on my phone for several years now and is at the top of my list to recommend to anyone. Just Play rewards you for playing. You won't get rich they never mislead you in thinking you will.
For two years I can cash out every three hours any day of the week and never have i had one problem getting money. You won't get rich, it's definitely won't pay your bills but to get gas on your car when you're broke and need to get to work? And you don't have to play to level 200 to get ten bucks !!!
Just Play is my #1 app to go to and start playing when I know my money is going to be tight or I have a birthday ahead and need a few extra dollars. Give them a chance and this review is the one to believe.
